We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and lawful
• You own or have rights to all data, content, and materials supplied
• You are solely responsible for how AI systems are used in your business
• You will comply with all applicable laws (including consumer protection, privacy, and communication laws)

4. AI Systems Disclaimer & Limitations

You acknowledge and agree:

• AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses
• AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• The Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or performance
• You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and monitoring AI-generated interactions

5. Data Usage & AI Processing

By using our services:

• You grant us the right to process your data for the purpose of building and operating AI systems
• We do not sell your data
• Your data may be processed using third-party AI platforms and infrastructure providers
• You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to use customer data within AI systems

6. Communication Consent (SMS, Calls & AI Voice Agents)

By providing your phone number or customer contact data, you acknowledge and agree:

• You have obtained prior express consent from end users before sending messages or using AI voice systems
• You consent to receive communications from us, including calls, SMS messages, and notifications

7. Payment Terms

• Fees are agreed upon in advance
• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

8. Intellectual Property

• All systems, frameworks, and proprietary methods remain the property of ATM Global Holding LLC
• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables
• We may showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose proprietary data to third parties without consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ATM Global Holding LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of AI systems
• Violations of law or third-party rights
• Improper or unlawful communication practices (including SMS or AI calls)

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services

12. No Warranties

All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
• Services are used in a harmful or unlawful manner

14. Dispute Resolution
